Villa Renovation

A villa in Garðabær, Iceland, that is in a desperate need of a face-lift.
The task was to add new windows, cladding, stairs and to fix the roof.

We decided to extend the roof i.e. to tuck in the house and make it function as a canopy over the entrance and the veranda.
