Villa

A proposal for a villa in Garðabær, Iceland, placed in a dense neighborhood.
The volume is rather closed due to extreme proximity to surrounding buildings. The heart of the building is a courtyard which everything circulates around giving the building a very intimate feeling. It casts daylight into the middle of the building and down to the lower floor where there is a spa.

The house is rendered in exposed concrete in combination with brass windows and selected brass cladded walls.
